What "Yes No Capital" Means
The name "Yes No Capital" describes what this platform shows: where capital is allocated in yes/no prediction markets. Prediction markets offer binary contracts — yes or no — and participants put real money behind their forecasts. We aggregate and display that data.
Yes No Capital is not an investment fund, asset manager, broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or invest anyone's money. We do not execute trades. We are a data aggregation and visualization service.

Everything on this platform — including prediction market probabilities, divergence signals, fundamental data, economic indicators, causal links, context notes, intelligence briefs, and any other content — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes:
- Financial, investment, or trading advice
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, contract, or prediction market position
- Legal, tax, or insurance advice
- A solicitation or offer to buy or sell securities
When we show that two platforms disagree on the probability of an event, we are reporting a data observation — not suggesting that either platform is "right" or that an arbitrage opportunity exists. When we display fundamental data alongside prediction market data, we are providing context — not making a forecast or recommendation.
No Guarantees on Data Accuracy
Prediction market data is sourced from third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi, PredictIt, Manifold, and others). Fundamental data comes from government agencies, financial data providers, and public sources. We aggregate and display this data as-is.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data shown. Markets can be illiquid, manipulated, stale, or incorrect. Data feeds can fail, lag, or return errors. Our matching algorithms may incorrectly pair unrelated events or miss legitimate matches. Probabilities, prices, volumes, and other figures displayed may be delayed, calculated incorrectly, or differ from the values shown on the original source platforms.
You should independently verify any data before relying on it for any purpose. Always check the original source platform for current, authoritative data.
Your Responsibility
By using this platform, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for your own decisions — financial, business, or otherwise
- You will not rely on this platform as your sole source of information for any decision

Consulting Services
Our consulting tier provides custom intelligence briefs, decision support calls, and private dashboard configuration. These services help you interpret data in the context of your industry — they do not constitute financial advice, and no consulting engagement creates a fiduciary relationship. Consultants are not registered investment advisors.
Intellectual Property
The Yes No Capital platform, including its matching algorithms, visualization design, and aggregation methodology, is proprietary. You may share individual event cards and embeds with attribution. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute bulk data without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Yes No Capital, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any data or content provided. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on data shown on this platform.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Changes to These Terms
